    Most homeowners have never needed to hire a restoration contractor or file an insurance claim. And, because of that, you don’t know where to turn for help. Choosing the right contractor can be a difficult matter. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get a chance to meet us until a disaster strikes. One thing for sure is that water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire restoration, crime scene cleaning and reconstruction can be a lot of work.

      My husband and I found mold growth on our bedroom furniture in our brand new build We called ORC same day and they were so friendly and reassuring that when Alan came out we would know more. Alan contacted us next day and was at our house that afternoon. He completed a thorough interior and exterior inspection. During our walk through Alan checked our thermostat and made recommendations as well as educated us on humidity, mold growth and air quality. We were totally ready to pay for the time he spent with us but the consultation was complementary. Luckily our concerns only required us to pay more attention to the thermostat but Alan and ORC gave us so much peace of mind from call to consult. Thank you guys so much!

Well, she could not stop raving about the amazing customer service she received from ORC. She was so impressed that the service guy ALAN showed up exactly when they said the would. He was extremely thorough with his inspection. Not only did ORC give her an estimate which was the best out of the three, they where so honest. The first two estimates said she had Mold ORC verified she in fact didnt. They used their leak detector, dried up the mess, replaced the shower head, explained what exactly happened and the best part is they didn't even charged me a penny for their service.
